Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Client/project details

This obligation survives termination of services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Availability or performance of third-party services

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

  • Complete accuracy or reliability of outputs

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • If Terms are violated
  • For non-payment
